Pak Home Medical Care (PHMC) provides home nursing care in Islamabad for patients who are better off recovering, ageing or being managed in their own bedroom than in a hospital ward. Our registered male and female nurses come to the patient's home, take over clinical tasks such as injections, IV therapy, wound dressing and vital-signs monitoring, and keep the family informed.

It covers nurse visits and shifts at the patient's home: injections, IV drips, wound and surgical dressings, catheter and NG tube care, monitoring of blood pressure, blood sugar and vital signs, and general nursing support. The exact tasks are agreed with the coordinator based on the patient's condition.
